For dog owners

Dogs are allowed in several cottages, but must not be on sofas or in beds etc. Extra cleaning will be necessary to avoid leaving behind any dog hair.
Don't forget to inform us before making a reservation so we will be able to give you the right cottage.


Payment procedure

The prenotation fee must be paid at the latest 14 days after having received the booking confirmation.

For rental cost up to 5000 SEK			Pre-notation fee 500 SEK. You exclude this amount from the total rental cost and pay the rest 5 weeks before arrival.
For rental cost above 5000 SEK			Pre-notation fee 1000 SEK. You exclude this amount from the total rental cost and pay the rest 5 weeks before arrival.

Bookings made 8-3 weeks before arrival must be payed payed at the latest 14 days before arrival.

Bookings made between 3 weeks up until the day of arrival, will be payed upon arrival.
NOTE: We will NOT confirm weather the pre-notation fee or the total cost is payed. Although if the money has not been recieved within given time limit, we will contact you before cancelling your booking.

Cancellation

A booking can be cancelled for any reason up until 5 weeks before arrival, the pre-notation fee will be deducted from the amount. To cancel a booking from 5 weeks until the day before arrival, special circumstances must apply and should be documented (from doctor, fire department etc.). The pre-notation fee will be deducted from the amount.
